I’m starting to loose hope….I know I shouldn’t…

Everybody is telling me that it will happen soon …that I’ve hit the bottom and it can’t go worst then it is right now…

So I’m freelancing these days…which I love! It’s just hard to run after clients all the time..Also not a steady paycheck.

Hens, why I’m still working at my university job. Let me tell you I can’t wait get out of there…Shit as hit the roof…The pleasant restaurant that it use to be is now a corporate business like I’ve never seen before..

We have to push our sales like Hitler use dictate…Oh and if we don’t reach a certain amount of sale…they cut us a shift…yes how are you suppose to budget your life with this. I wish I could say the corporation name…but I’ve actually signed a paper not too…If I do mention it I could get fired…(if they find my blog…no body even knows that I have a blog…and I unfriended my boss on facebook because he’s too much of an asshole and brownoser. He will use our personal lives against us can you imagine! How unprofessional is this!)

My sales are ok…I must say..not great, not bad…just ok…

Still they want to remove me another shift…so going from 4 to 2…not good..
So I’ve actually threaten them of calling the labor board (which I’ve already call for information…turns out that what they are doing is against the law.) Let me tell you my boss was like a puppy after still is since.

I just can’t wait to be in my field…I’m so passionate about what I do and I’m good at it…I’ve done an annual report in 1:30 yesterday for a job application…I’m fast…I understand software so quickly! I’m way better at reading code! (Still have to learn php..but still I’m good!)

With all those job application I just feel like I’m missing out. I’m missing out on life. All my friend have find there way (they still live at home but they have there job) and I can’t seem to fit in anymore. I hate my job so bad that I feel like quitting every 5 min. Everybody (YES EVERYBODY) ticks my off and I just feel like slapping them! And it’s not personal I just hate my job this bad!

Now you probably think…why don’t u go elsewhere…which seems like a simple idea. After 9 YEARS of waitressing I want a change and I want to be professional. If I go elsewhere…chances are I’ll work evenings (giving you a big hit of where I’m working) and I’ll have to focus on learning a new menu and habbits. Since I’ve been working at the same location for almost 5 years (and yes I’m still fighting for my spot) I just run on auto mode and I can actually focus on other stuff when I get home. I serve 60 to 120 people a day in about 6 hrs…let me tell you it’s exhausting and demanding.

Also If I go elsewhere I’ll probably work full time (which would be nice to work from 9 to 5 and know where I’ll be in a week from today…who am I kidding…7 months from today) but If it’s not in my field how will I have time to apply to jobs or even do some freelance or work on my portfolio or art. How will I see my family and friends (I barely see them now.) How will I go to the gym…even worst…how will I see Mat. Poor Mat…that’s another thing…we never spend our weekends together. Thank God our couple is really strong because we never (NEVER) spend an entire day together…

I feel lonely and stupid being stock like this…and it just feels that now matter how hard I try…and yes I try really hard…it’s still not enough.
